Mandate
- Athlete: To formally recognize the achievements of those judokas who have represented Manitoba at major competitions and who have achieved exceptional and commendable results.
- Builder: To formally recognize the dedication, leadership and abilities of those individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the development, promotion and preservation of judo in Manitoba as senseis, coaches, referees and volunteers.
