Mandate
The NCCP Committee aims to enhance coach education for Manitoba judo coaches by offering National Coach Certification Program courses for judo.
Our Coach Developers offer NCCP Dojo Assistant and Dojo Instructor coaching courses on an ongoing basis as demand permits, and encourages eligible coaches who require, or wish to take, the Competition Development course offered by Judo Canada.
The Committee helps to maintain awareness of ongoing professional development opportunities and requirements, as well as Sport Manitoba requirements such as completion of the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders online course.
The Committee may offer professional development opportunities for coaches from time to time.
