- The committee to consist of the Board of Judo Manitoba and the chairs of the various committees including the Provincial Head Coach.
- To meet on a bi-monthly basis to discuss the operations and business of Judo Manitoba.
- To make recommendations to the Board on Association operations for the Board to approve or decline.
- To hear presentations from various parties on issues that pertain to Judo Manitoba.
